Our expertise includes pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, sports medicine, over-use injuries, arthritic pain, hand therapy, preventative training for coaches and athletes, custom ACL bracing and orthotics.
Your therapist at STAR will work with you and your physician to develop a plan of care using therapeutic exercise and functional training in conjunction with manual techniques to address the needs of each patient. The plan of care will be developed after an evaluation performed by a Licensed Physical of Occupational Therapist and will include short term and long term rehabilitation goals against which progress will be measured. As your therapy progresses, you will be reevaluated by your therapist who will be in communication with your physician to ensure your goals are met.
