The Final Hurdle - Rehabilitation
We specialize in the rehabilitation of injuries to every major joint, including the knee, ankle, shoulder, and elbow. It’s also our goal to teach each patient how and why they were injured, and to prevent the injury from reoccurring. Your plan of care will be developed after an evaluation performed by a licensed Physical of Occupational Therapist and will include short term and long term rehabilitation goals. As your therapy progresses, you will be reevaluated by your therapist who will be in communication with your sports medicine physician to ensure your goals are being met.
